Wonder Craft Studio sells online courses. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you buy, we receive your name and email address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. When you write to us or sign up for news, we keep the details you give us. When you visit our pages, we record anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, where you came from (including ad campaign tags) session recordings and heatmaps through Microsoft Clarity, which show us how pages are used. What you type into forms is hidden from these recordings.

How we use it

To deliver your course, send purchase and account emails, answer your messages, provide support, prevent fraud, and understand which pages and ads work. With your consent we may send occasional emails about other courses; every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email), Hetzner (hosting), Bunny.net (video) and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). We don't sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@wondercraftstudio.com.
